How do I contact the pharmacy?

If you have questions about your medication, we prefer you e-mail your questions to us instead of waiting on the phone for extended time periods due to our high volume of calls. E-mailing is faster and no waiting on the phone. Fill out the form below for questions to our pharmacy

My provider submitted my prescription, now what?
-
A text and e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours with a link to complete your order online. It will request your delivery address, billing information, current medications and allergies. If you need to add a note to your order, please do this in the "Shipping Notes" field, you do not need to call the pharmacy.

How long does it take to get my medication?

After confirming the order online and payment, the medication usually ships within 2-3 business days. You will receive a text message with FED-EX tracking information.

What if I do not receive a text?

If you have not received a text or have problems completing your order online, please email: support@ucprx.com. We will promptly reply to your message.

What is the easiest way to refill a prescription?

When it’s time for a refill go to ucprx.com and click on “QUICK REFILL” to send your refill request to the pharmacy. No need to call, do it on line. If you need to add a note to your order, please do this in the form below, you do not need to call the pharmacy.

Do you have an auto refill program?

YES, If you want an auto-refill for maintenance medications to be delivered to your home before you run out send us an e-mail below and we will set up the auto refill. An authorization will be texted out to fill out. You can cancel at any time.

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOM MADE COMPOUNDED DRUGS?

Yes, a valid patient-specific prescription is required from a licensed provider.

CAN ANY DOCTOR WRITE A PRESCRIPTION FOR COMPOUNDED DRUGS?

Only USA licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician’s assistants can write a prescription.

CAN A NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIAN WRITE A PRESCRIPTION FOR A COMPOUNDED DRUG?

Certain Naturopathic physicians have a license to prescribe depending on the state they are located in. Check with your doctor.

ARE COMPOUNDED PRESCRIPTIONS COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Some insurance programs cover compounded drugs. Most HMO’s do not.

DO YOU PROVIDE OFFICE USE COMPOUNDS?

Due to federal regulations, UCP does not sell compounds to providers for office use. All compounds can only be dispensed pursuant to a valid patient-specific prescription.​​
